Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Last updated October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use explains how Goldie Barrett, a real estate broker associate with Your Castle Real Estate, collects, uses and shares personal information through this website and the GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE report service (together, the “Services”). It also sets out the terms that apply when you use the Services. In this document, “Goldie”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Goldie Barrett, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the Services.
Goldie is responsible for the personal information described here. She uses service providers, listed in Section 4, to host the website, store information, deliver email and prepare reports. They act on her behalf.
This policy applies only to the Services. It does not apply to other websites or services, including those of Your Castle Real Estate, Google or any multiple listing service, even when we link to them. Questions? See Section 12.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Your property address. The address you enter to start a report. When you enter an address, we look it up and keep a record of that property, even if you do not finish signing up. Until you create an account, that property record is not linked to you.
- Your answers. The questionnaire responses that personalize your report: what you are considering (for example, selling, buying or simply staying informed), your timeline and your main priority.
- Contact details. Your first name, email address and phone number. A phone number is required to create a report. We keep your last name only if your Google account shares it.
- Your choices at sign-up. That you agreed to these terms, whether you ticked the optional contact-consent box, the exact wording shown to you for each, the version of that wording, and when you agreed.
- Requests you make. For example, asking Goldie to contact you, asking to schedule a conversation, or asking for your report by email.
- Correspondence. Messages you send Goldie by email, text or phone.
Information we obtain from third parties
- Sign-in information. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your email address and basic profile information, such as your name, with our sign-in provider. We use your email address and first name. We never receive your Google password.
- Property information. To prepare your report, we obtain information about the property, and about nearby properties and sales, from public county records, commercial property-data providers (RentCast, ATTOM and House Canary), MLS data from REcolorado provided through PropMix, and ZIP-code market statistics published by Realtor.com. This is information about property and markets, such as size, age, sale history and recent sales. Public records can include an owner’s name. We do not use owner names in reports.
We do not buy information about you from data brokers or collect information about you from social media.
Client records and communication records
When you create a report, Goldie keeps a record of your request in her client-management system (monday.com). It holds your name, email, phone, property address, questionnaire answers, the requests you have made, an internal priority score, a private link to your report, and the contact-consent status you gave. Goldie also keeps the emails, texts and call notes you exchange with her.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us. The campaign tags in the link you followed (such as “utm_source”), the website that referred you if your browser reports one, and the first page you visited.
- Activity in the Services. For example, starting the questionnaire, completing a step, viewing your report, or opening a link to your report. Before you sign up, this activity is recorded against a random identifier for your visit. Once you sign up, it is linked to your record.
- Device and connection information. Our hosting and sign-in providers may automatically log technical details such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request. We do not build device fingerprints.
Cookies and browser storage. We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage that the Services need in order to work:
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in cookies (beginning sb-) | Keep you signed in | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| ghi_lead | Remembers which report this browser last opened | Until you close your browser |
| ghi_funnel | A random identifier for one visit through the questionnaire | Until you close your browser |
| ghi.lead-draft.v1 (session storage) | Holds your address, answers, phone number and consent choice while you sign up, including during a Google sign-in | Until you close the tab |
| ghi.attribution.v1 (session storage) | Holds how you arrived at the site | Until you close the tab |
Maps on the sign-up screen and in reports are provided by Google. Your browser loads them directly from Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or web beacons (see Section 5).
Chat and messaging features
The Services do not currently include a chat feature. If you message Goldie by text or email, please do not include sensitive information such as financial-account numbers or government identification numbers.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide the Services. Look up your property, prepare your report, save it to your account and let you return to it.
- Keep your account secure. Verify your email address, sign you in, and keep your report private to your account.
- Send messages you need. Tell you when your report is ready, and send your report link when you ask for it.
- Respond to you. Follow up on requests you make, such as asking Goldie to contact you or to schedule a conversation.
- Stay in touch, if you agree. Contact you about your property and real estate interests, including market updates and real estate marketing, if you tick the optional consent box (see Section 6).
- Prioritize follow-up. Goldie’s system calculates an internal score from your answers and whether a phone number was provided, to help her decide which requests to look at first. It does not affect your report or your access to the Services.
- Improve the Services. Understand how visitors find and use the site, and whether reports are prepared reliably.
- Protect the Services and keep records. Prevent misuse, fix problems, and keep a record of what you agreed to and when.
- Comply with law and with real estate licensing and brokerage requirements.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
AI-generated content
Parts of every GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE report, such as the written summary and explanations, are drafted by an artificial-intelligence model provided by OpenAI. To write that text, the model receives:
- your first name;
- your questionnaire answers;
- the property address; and
- property and market information, such as property characteristics, comparable sales and ZIP-code statistics.
The model does not receive your email address or phone number. The Services are built to refuse to send them, or property owners’ names, to the model.
Before AI-written text appears in a report, it is checked automatically: figures such as prices, sizes and years must match the underlying data, and text that fails these checks is not used. Even so, AI-written text can be inaccurate, incomplete or more confident than the evidence supports. Reports are not individually reviewed by Goldie before you see them. Please do not rely on AI-written content alone for any real estate, financial or legal decision.
AI-assisted communications
We do not currently use AI to write or send messages to you. Emails about your report use fixed wording, and Goldie writes her own messages to you.
Automated analysis and estimates
Reports include automated analysis, such as comparisons with recent nearby sales and, where the evidence supports it, an estimated value range. This analysis is informational only. It is not an appraisal or a broker price opinion (see Section 15). Neither it nor the internal priority score described in Section 2 is used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Your choices regarding AI
You may ask Goldie which parts of your report were written by AI, ask her to go through your report with you, or tell her about anything that looks wrong. Contact her using the details in Section 12.
4. How We Share Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with any third party for that party’s own marketing.
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run the Services and act on our behalf:
| Provider | What they do | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts the website | Information passing through the website |
| Supabase | Database and account sign-in | The information we store, and your sign-in details |
| Optional Google sign-in, address suggestions and maps | For address suggestions, the text you type (sent from our servers). For maps, the property location (loaded by your browser). For sign-in, as described in Section 1. | |
| OpenAI | Drafts the written parts of reports | As described in Section 3; no email or phone number |
| Resend | Delivers report emails | Your email address, first name and report link |
| monday.com | Goldie’s client-management system | Your client record, as described in Section 1 |
- Property-data providers. To prepare your report, we send the property address (not your name, email or phone) to RentCast, ATTOM, PropMix and Jefferson County’s public parcel service. We download ZIP-code statistics from Realtor.com without sending anything about you.
- Your Castle Real Estate, Goldie’s brokerage, where brokerage policy or real estate law requires it.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed for their advice.
- Legal compliance and protection. When we believe it is required by law, legal process or a licensing authority, or is needed to protect the rights, safety or property of you, Goldie or others.
- Business transfers. If Goldie’s business is reorganized, transferred, or moves to a different brokerage, information may be transferred, subject to this policy.
- With your direction. When you share your report link with someone, or ask us to share information.
5. Advertising and Tracking Technologies
We do not currently use third-party advertising platforms, tracking pixels, conversion tracking, retargeting or interest-based advertising. We do not upload your information to advertising platforms such as Google or Meta, and we do not use third-party analytics services.
If that changes, we will update this policy before we start, and describe the technologies used and your choices.
6. Privacy Choices and Opt-Outs
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. Because of this, browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” do not change how the Services handle your information.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cookies described in Section 1 are needed to sign in and to finish signing up, so blocking them will stop those parts of the Services from working.
Optional contact consent
When you sign up, you may tick an optional box agreeing that Goldie may contact you about your property and real estate interests by phone, text message and email, including occasional market updates and real estate marketing. Ticking it is not required to get your report. If you leave it unticked, it is not treated as consent. Creating an account, agreeing to these terms or requesting a report is not consent to marketing either.
Text messages
Reply STOP to any text from Goldie, or tell her you no longer want texts. See Section 11.
Emails about your report, such as the report-ready email and report links you request, are service messages, not marketing. We send them because you asked for a report.
We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If we begin sending them, they will go only to people who have agreed to receive them, and each one will include a way to unsubscribe. You can stop marketing email at any time by emailing goldie@yourcastle.com.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your contact consent at any time. Reply STOP to a text, tell Goldie, or email goldie@yourcastle.com. Withdrawals are recorded by hand, normally the same business day. Leaving the box unticked on a later visit does not withdraw consent you gave before. Please tell us directly. A withdrawal stays in effect even if you later use the Services again, unless you choose to give consent again.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your account and personal information;
- withdraw consent to be contacted; and
- withdraw a report link that was sent to you.
Email goldie@yourcastle.com from the email address on your account, or write to us at the address in Section 12. To protect your information, we will confirm the request through the email address on your account before we act on it. We will respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time and why. Requests are handled personally rather than through an automated tool. Section 14 describes additional rights that may apply in some states.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to:
- provide your report and the Services;
- follow up on requests you have made;
- keep a record of the consents and opt-outs you have given, so that we continue to honor them; and
- meet legal, licensing and brokerage record-keeping requirements.
We do not currently delete information automatically on a fixed schedule. Your information is kept until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide it is no longer needed.
Links to your report expire automatically. A link emailed to you expires 180 days after it is created. Goldie’s own link to your report, kept in her client-management system, expires if it has not been renewed for 365 days. It renews automatically while your record is active.
How we handle requests to delete
When you ask us to delete your information, we:
- delete your account, your client record and questionnaire answers, your reports, your report links and your activity records from our database;
- remove your record from Goldie’s client-management system; and
- confirm to you what we did.
We may keep a minimal record of your request, and of any opt-out, so that we can show we honored it and keep honoring it. We may also keep information that we must retain by law or under real estate licensing or brokerage rules. If so, we will tell you.
Some copies may remain for a limited time after deletion: in database backups until they are replaced on our provider’s normal schedule, in the records of the providers listed in Section 4 under their own retention practices, and in emails already delivered to you. Property records that are not about you, such as the property’s public characteristics, are not deleted, because they are not personal information.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services link to, or include features from, other companies, such as Google sign-in and Google Maps, and websites of Your Castle Real Estate or listing services. Those companies’ own terms and privacy policies govern how they handle information. We are not responsible for their practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections, database access limited to our own servers, report links that are digitally signed and expire, and limits on what we send to service providers. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Report links will not work without a password protected authentication. Anyone who has a link you forward, or who can read your email, cannot open the report without proper authentication.
10. Children
The Services are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Text Messaging Terms
These terms apply to text messages Goldie sends you.
- What texts are for. Goldie may text you about a request you made, such as scheduling a conversation. If you gave optional contact consent, she may also text you about your property and real estate interests, including market updates and real estate marketing. Goldie sends texts personally. The Services do not currently send automated text messages.
- Stopping texts. Reply STOP at any time, or tell Goldie you no longer want texts. Goldie reads replies personally and records your opt-out by hand, so it may take up to one business day to take effect.
- Help. Reply HELP, call 720-978-9162 or email goldie@yourcastle.com.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Frequency and charges. How often you hear from Goldie depends on your requests and interests. Message and data rates may apply.
- Privacy. We do not share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. The rest of this policy explains how we handle your information.
12. How to Contact Us
For questions about this policy, the Services or your information, and for privacy requests and opt-outs:
Goldie Barrett
Broker Associate, Your Castle Real Estate
Email: goldie@yourcastle.com
Phone: 720-978-9162
Mail: Attn: Goldie Barrett - 2755 S Locust St Ste 150, Denver, CO 80222
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
We may update this document from time to time. The “Last updated” date and version at the top show when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will post the new version here and, where the law requires, notify you or ask for your agreement again. Each time you agree to these terms or give contact consent, we record the version of the wording you saw.
14. Additional Rights for Residents of Certain States
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example, in Colorado or California) may give you rights over your personal information. Where those laws apply to us, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling with legal or similarly significant effects (we do none of these, as Sections 4–6 explain); and
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
Categories. Sections 1, 2 and 4 describe the categories of personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we use it and who receives it. The categories are: identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone); property address; your answers and preferences; records of consents and requests; sign-in information; internet activity within the Services; and inferences in the form of an internal priority score. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws.
How to make a request. Email goldie@yourcastle.com, or write to the address in Section 12. We will confirm your request through the email address on your account. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm it directly. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by up to 45 more days if needed, telling you why. We do not charge a fee unless a request is clearly excessive.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing goldie@yourcastle.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal”. We will respond within the time your state’s law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
15. Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Services. By selecting Continue with Google, Continue with Email, Send code or Continue to my report when signing up, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
15.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. The Services are for people seeking information about residential property in the United States, primarily in the Denver metro area.
15.2 Your account
You can sign up with Google or with your email address. Please give accurate information, including a phone number where you can be reached and the address of the property you are asking about. Keep your email and Google account secure: anyone who controls them can sign in to your account. Each report belongs to the account that created it.
15.3 What a report is
A GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE report is an automated, informational analysis. It is prepared from third-party property data, public records, MLS sales data, published market statistics, your answers, and AI-written text (Section 3).
A report is not:
- an appraisal, a broker price opinion, a comparative market analysis prepared for a specific transaction, or any other formal valuation;
- a guarantee of any sale price, sale timing or other result; or
- a home inspection, survey, title review, or legal, tax, lending or financial advice.
Figures, ranges and comparisons are estimates. They may be wrong, sometimes by a lot, and some may be unavailable for your property. Do not rely on a report as the only basis for a decision to buy, sell, borrow, lend, insure or invest. For those decisions, talk with appropriately licensed professionals.
15.4 Data sources and their limits
Reports rely on information we do not control. Property and public records can be incomplete, out of date or inconsistent between sources, for example on square footage or finished area. Market statistics are published estimates. Some monthly ZIP-code figures are flagged by their publisher for extra review, and reports say so when that applies. When the evidence is too limited or inconsistent, a report may show less, such as no value range, rather than guess.
Data sources are named in reports where they are used. Third-party data belongs to its providers and is subject to their terms. Listing and sales information from REcolorado is provided through PropMix and is subject to REcolorado’s rules. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed.
15.5 AI-written content
AI-written text in reports is checked against the underlying data, but it can still contain mistakes or overstate certainty (Section 3). Treat it as commentary on the data, not professional advice.
15.6 Using and sharing your report
Your report is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with family members and advisors. If you forward a report link, anyone with the link who signs in can open the report until the link expires (180 days) or is withdrawn, so share it with care. You may not sell, publish, scrape or commercially redistribute reports or the data in them, or use them to build another product or service. We may withdraw a report link at any time, including at your request or if it appears to have been shared publicly.
15.7 Acceptable use
Please do not:
- give false information or impersonate someone else;
- use the Services to harass, profile or contact property owners;
- access the Services by automated means, overload them, or try to get around their security or access controls; or
- use the Services in violation of any law, including fair housing and privacy laws.
We may suspend or close access for anyone who misuses the Services.
15.8 No automatic agency or brokerage relationship
Using the Services does not by itself make you a client of Goldie Barrett or Your Castle Real Estate, or create an agency, brokerage or fiduciary relationship. That includes creating an account, receiving a report, or asking to be contacted. Any such relationship begins only under a separate written agreement that meets Colorado real estate requirements.
15.9 Intellectual property
The Services and the design, software, text and format of reports belong to Goldie Barrett or her licensors, except for third-party data and your own information. You may view and use your reports as these terms allow. You keep any rights in the information you give us, and you allow us to use it to provide the Services as this document describes.
15.10 Disclaimers
The Services and reports are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Services or reports, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
15.11 Limitation of liability
(a) Goldie Home Intelligence is operated by Goldie Barrett, a licensed real estate professional affiliated with Your Castle Real Estate. Although Goldie Barrett provides licensed real estate services, the information, automated property valuations, estimated market ranges, analyses, projections, and other content made available through Goldie Home Intelligence are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Such information does not constitute a formal real estate appraisal, broker price opinion, comparative market analysis prepared specifically for a client, or individualized real estate, legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. The use of Goldie Home Intelligence, including the generation or receipt of a Home Intelligence Report, does not, by itself, establish a broker-client relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or other professional advisory relationship with Goldie Barrett or Your Castle Real Estate.
Any formal real estate representation or professional advisory services must be established separately through appropriate agreements and disclosures, as required by applicable law.
15.11 Limitation of Liability
(b) Exclusion of Certain Damages.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDIE BARRETT, IN HER CAPACITY AS THE OPERATOR OF GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE, AND HER RESPECTIVE SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE OR ITS SERVICES.
THIS EXCLUSION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE UPON PROPERTY VALUATIONS, ESTIMATED MARKET RANGES, COMPARABLE PROPERTY INFORMATION, MARKET ANALYSES, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-GENERATED CONTENT, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
THE FOREGOING EXCLUSION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES WAS DISCLOSED OR REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL OR WANTON MISCONDUCT, INTENTIONAL WRONGDOING, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
(c) Aggregate Limitation of Liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF GOLDIE BARRETT, IN HER CAPACITY AS THE OPERATOR OF GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(i) THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID DIRECTLY FOR THE SPECIFIC GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR
(ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
THIS LIMIT APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS OR THE LEGAL THEORIES ASSERTED.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE AND ITS AUTOMATED INFORMATIONAL SERVICES. IT DOES NOT GOVERN LIABILITY ARISING FROM A SEPARATE REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT, TRANSACTION-SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, OR OTHER WRITTEN AGREEMENT GOVERNING SERVICES PROVIDED BY GOLDIE BARRETT OR YOUR CASTLE REALTY.
NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY REMEDY, STATUTORY RIGHT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED BY CONTRACT, INCLUDING NONWAIVABLE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.
(d) Application of Limitations; Allocation of Risk.
THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE INTENDED TO APPLY ONLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO WAIVE OR LIMIT ANY RIGHT, REMEDY, PROFESSIONAL DUTY, OR LEGAL PROTECTION THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES ARISING UNDER REAL ESTATE LICENSING OR BROKERAGE LAWS.
THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OF DAMAGES, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THESE TERMS REFLECT AN ALLOCATION OF RISK APPROPRIATE TO THE NATURE OF GOLDIE HOME INTELLIGENCE, INCLUDING ITS USE OF AUTOMATED ANALYSES, THIRD-PARTY PROPERTY DATA, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AND ESTIMATED MARKET INFORMATION, AND THE FACT THAT CERTAIN SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE.
IF ANY LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION IN THIS SECTION IS DETERMINED TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, IT SHALL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL CONTINUE IN EFFECT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
15.12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
15.13 Changes and ending access
We may change, suspend or stop the Services, or your access to them, at any time. Section 13 explains how we update this document. Sections 15.3–15.6 and 15.8–15.12 continue to apply after your use of the Services ends.
